Tony the Tailor is established by Tony Wong
Junko (June) takes over from Tony where the shop proudly serves in the heart of downtown Edmonton, providing professional and quality work to the community for over 35 years

After 20 years of running Tony the Tailor, Junko (June) retires and the torch is passed to Kieu, making her the third family to operate Tony the Tailor since 1982.

Meet Kieu "Q"
Kieu "Q" has been a professional tailor for over 28 years. She trained in Vietnam as a dressmaker when she was only 18 years old and moved to Canada in 1990. She lives in Edmonton with her husband, daughter and son.

For over 28 years, Kieu honed her craftsmanship as an in-house tailor for well-known fashion retailers such as Holts, Blu's (18 years), Tip Top, Harry Rosen, Mr. Big & Tall and Val Berg.
She specializes in both men's and women's wear, especially luxury brands and fabrics.
In 2019, Kieu took on Tony the Tailor and is committed to ensuring your clothes fit you perfectly. She knows her trade and is more than happy to give you free consultation and honest advice on all of your tailoring inquiries.
